Week 1



We assign tasks properly, and my role in the team is to direct, design and animate.

Beautify the ppt design

Initially, we depicted the main character growing from the age of 5 to 35, but later found that there was not much difference between 25 and 35, so we redesigned the image and adjusted the supporting characters.

In the third week, the teacher suggested that we supplement the problem statement and let the video convey a sense of warmth rather than just introducing the product. At the same time, we need more reference material to highlight the character.

We are looking for world references.We designed four logos and chose the first one, which can reflect both Mandarin ducks and Chinese culture.

Week 3

The proposal presentation took place this week, and we've embellished the slides and some of the content based on the feedback we received last week.

Feedbacks

Week 02 (12/02/2025) : 
  • Choose different restaurants to avoid copyright and advertising issues involving McDonald's.
  • Specify the age of each stage.
  • Add more 3D animation elements to your videos instead of just relying on 2D animation.
Week 03 (19/02/2025) :

  • Add a problem statement.
  • Find references for the background of the story.
  • See more infographic videos.
  • Appropriately enlarge the character scale, and adjust some facial features.

Reflection

Experience:
The course is highly collaborative and we need to adapt quickly and get things done in just seven weeks. Clear division of labor and timely communication are essential. I am mainly responsible for the role planning of the sports part and constantly adjust the design. With the feedback from the teachers and the team, we improved step by step and finally successfully promoted the project.

Observations：
I find that the key to teamwork lies in clear division of labor and effective communication. The criticism and suggestions among the members have promoted the continuous optimization of the project and made every aspect more perfect.

Findings：
The consultation with Kamal gave us a clearer understanding of how the various parts of the business are handled, making project progress more efficient. This experience not only enhanced our professional abilities, but also strengthened our teamwork and problem-solving skills.
